By clicking “Download” you agree to the following usage terms in relation to the Country Living Approved Artisan Stamp of Approval (the “Logo”): 

1. Subject to the remaining terms and conditions set out below, we hereby grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable licence right to use, distribute, disseminate, display, and otherwise include the Logo on your relevant artisanal business’s promotional materials during the current calendar year in the United Kingdom. 

2. All rights, including (but not limited to) sub-licensing, which are not expressly granted to you under this agreement are reserved by us. 

3. If, prior to your usage of the Logo, we notify you that the Logo requires amending or withdrawal, then you agree to incorporate such amendments or, if notified that the Logo should be withdrawn, withdraw the Logo. If you withdraw the Logo pursuant to any such notification, then the rights granted to you under this agreement will automatically revert to us. The rights granted to you will revert to us immediately at the end of the Term without prejudice to any rights or claims which have accrued to either party prior to such reversion. 

4. You may re-size the Logo as may be necessary for the material on which it is being used, provided that the Logo retains its original proportions and remains visible and clear. Save for re-sizing, you shall have no right to vary or interfere with the lettering, colour, phrases used, or any other kind of formatting or feature of the Logo. 

5. Under no circumstances is Country Living or Hearst UK to be portrayed or referred to in a derogatory fashion and you must not do or permit to be done anything that damages or is likely to damage the reputation of Country Living or Hearst UK. 

6. If you enter into and/or apply for, and/or call meetings of members and/or creditors with a view to one or more of a moratorium, administration, liquidation (of any kind, including provisional), or composition and/or arrangement (whether under deed or otherwise) with creditors, and/or have any of its property subjected to one or more of appointment of a receiver (of any kind), enforcement of security, distress, or execution of a judgement (in each case to include similar events under the laws of other countries), then all rights granted herein will immediately revert to us. 

7. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England in relation to any dispute or claim arising from this agreement (whether contractual or non-contractual).
