Line up the meze or charcuterie on our long, ebonised oak serving board. Each board is handmade in Suffolk from a single piece of responsibly sourced British timber, blackened using a natural process that works with tannins in the wood.
Additional Information All of our food boards are made from sustainably sourced timber in the woodshop at HMP Warren Hill, a category C men’s prison ten-minute’s walk from the Hyrst studio on the Suffolk coast. Income paid by Hyrst to Warren Hill is used to train prisoners in new skills. The Ebonised Oak Board is finished with a food-safe wax oil, handmade in the UK from natural oils and pure waxes. To clean, simply wipe the board with a damp cloth.
