All the lampshades are designed, printed and handmade in Shropshire. Due to this please allow up to 10 days from the time your order is placed and the day your lampshade is dispatched.
Carriage/Postage is Free on all orders.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail on a 48 hour/Tracked delivery service.
We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases.
For that reason we offer a 14 day return policy.
Should you change your mind and wish to return your lampshade all we ask is the lampshade to be returned in a 'delivered' condition. That is cellophane wrapped and in its original box.

Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the returned lampshade a refund for the cost of the lampshade only will be made. This may take up to 5 working days to show on your account.
All measures are taken to ensure the safe arrival of your purchases, however, should an item / lampshade arrive damaged please take photographs of the damage and contact me as soon as possible. We can then arrange for a replacement to be made and sent out to you.
