I'm Catherine, and I make handcrafted liqueurs from locally hand-picked Sussex fruits. With no added chemicals, synthesised or artificial flavourings, it's just nature at its heart.

What started as boozy blackberry gifts and presents for family and friends grew into an idea that incorporated my love of nature and a decent cocktail, all while staying true to my ethos of supporting local Sussex produce and farms, reducing our footprint (unless it's muddy footprints), and showcasing our diverse and wonderful English fruits.
