Brooker Ceramics
Brooker Ceramics makes handmade stoneware in an independent Oxford studio. Every piece is thrown and glazed by hand, in small batches, by the ceramic artist.
The collection spans functional pieces for everyday use and sculptural objects for interior design: ergonomic mugs and bowls made to be used daily, alongside decorative centre pieces. His work is made in sets that belong together, yet no two are ever identical. The signature Blue Tide range pairs quiet stoneware with sweeping cobalt brushwork, each stroke made in a single moment that can't be repeated.
You'll also find work shaped by flame and smoke — wood-fired, raku, and smoke-fired pieces where the kiln itself leaves its mark on the clay.
Everything here is made slowly, by one pair of hands. Choose a piece and it'll be the only one exactly like it in the world.
