Gwels Ha Gwyns hoop studs are an original design, handmade to order, by jeweller Francesca Stella from her studio in Cornwall, using your choice of ethical gold.
The particular texture of the gold surface is given by hand and evokes the dance of the grass (Gwels) and the wind (Gwyns). This suggestive image of the Cornish landscape has inspired Francesca to write a story for her jewellery collection.
The studs will be delivered to you with their own polishing pad, presented in a leather and velvet box, together with a wax-sealed story of Gwels Ha Gwyns, written on handmade recycled paper.
The attention to presentation and the refined craftsmanship of this piece can make an exquisite present for a special occasion.
The earrings are available in both 9ct and 18ct yellow or white gold.
