Every parent knows the ritual: one mitten on, the other lost somewhere between the pram and the front door. This pair comes with a connecting string threading them together, so that particular battle is already won before you've left the house.
Hand-knitted from 100% merino wool, certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, they're soft enough for the most sensitive hands and warm without being bulky — proper protection against the cold on winter walks. The geometric border draws on Bulgaria's folk knitting tradition, a pattern once stitched by mothers and grandmothers into clothes made with love for their own children.
The stretchy knit gives the fit some flexibility as little hands grow, and the smallest size (0–12 months) comes as simple mittens, while the 1–2 and 2–3 year sizes include a separate thumb for easier grip.
Made in small batches by women artisans in Bulgaria, they complete the set alongside the matching Rhodope Winters hat, jumper, and booties.
Care: delicate or wool-cycle machine wash, cold water (max 30°C). Use a mesh laundry bag. Reshape and dry flat.
