Hi there!
We are Ben and Louise, a hand-craft design duo having graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2019. During our time at university we realised our passion for slow and environmentally conscious design and launched our all natural brand Bouclé!
We used to light 'expensive' candles when working on our freelance design projects to help us focus but found ourselves getting headaches from the artificial fragrance oils used. We started making our aromatherapy candles for ourselves as the aroma's from 100% pure essential oils did not give us the same headaches and allowed us to enjoy the candles. This then grew into gifting them to friends and family before realising that we had made something that people really wanted to buy!
We still hand-pour all of our eco soy wax 100% essential oil candles in our studios in East London & Brighton using the highest quality natural vegan ingredients. With sustainability at our the centre of our business, we invested a lot of our time in sourcing recycled and renewable materials and packaging as well as blending our unique essential oil combinations.
Bouclé has slowly grown to include Aromatherapy Oil Blends, Rattan Reed Diffusers, Pillow & Room Sprays, Aromatic Incense Cones, Hand Wash & Hand Balm all made with botanical ingredients for an all natural fragrance.
Our aim is to create products perfect for gifting & scenting your homes that don't harm the planet.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Each order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and sent via Royal Mail's Tracked Service.
Standard Shipping is £2 or free for orders over £20. Items sent with this service will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked48 which is advised to arrive in 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Express Shipping is £5.95 per order. Items sent with this service will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked24 which is advised to arrive in 1-2 working days from dispatch [& usually arrives in 1 working day]. We prioritise sending out express orders.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the e-receipt which you will be emailed after placing your order. The cost of the return lies on you unless there is some confirmed issue with the product. We also suggest you use a tracked method of return because we are unable to provide a refund for items lost in transit as they return to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) unless they are faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
