Take your outdoor cooking to the next level with our Argentinian inspired wood-fired Grills. Designed and built by us in South Somerset, we have made wood-fired cooking easy by creating an easy to control Grill surface, which you simply wind up and down to control temperature. Added to that we have a built in ember maker, to give a constant supply of cook-ready embers, we overcome some of the challenges of cooking on wood.
This version is our smaller Asado in gunmetal steel finish, mounted on top of a portable stand to store wood and tools in. Perfect for moving round the patio. The large cooking surface makes it easy to cook for 10-12 people. Ready to cook 45 mins or so after lighting, its perfect for searing steaks, slow roasting joints and simmering too on is many cooking zones.
Very versatile, amazingly theatrical cooking and night with mesmeric flames, and imparting a flavour you just can't get cooking inside.
Designed to remain outside, requires seasonal oiling like a wok. Weather cover available, plus multiple accessories to personalise your Grill.
