All of our pieces are individually hand crafted and carefully prepared for dispatch.

Delivery is available within the UK only, in line with marketplace availability.
Delivery
Each item is hand crafted with care. Orders are generally dispatched within 2/3 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Delivery times are estimates and are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Where tracked delivery is used, this means a tracking reference is attached to the parcel, allowing its progress to be followed once dispatched.

- Delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur
For any bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order pieces, dispatch and delivery times may vary. This will always be clearly stated on the individual product listing.
Returns
We take great pride in the quality of our hand-crafted work and hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return most items provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.
To request a return, please contact us using the “Ask a Question” button via the Country Living Marketplace. All communication must take place through the marketplace system.
Return conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be sent back within 14 days of notifying us
Return postage
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, reasonable return postage costs will be refunded
Refunds
- Refunds apply to the item cost only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable where a return is made due to a change of mind
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and carefully inspected
Bespoke and made-to-order items
Because our products are hand crafted, bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or not as described. This will always be clearly stated in the product description.
