Amelia Clow Interiors – Seller’s Policy
1. General
Amelia Clow Interiors specialises in bespoke soft furnishings, including (but not limited to) curtains, cushions, blinds, and upholstered items. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Orders are confirmed only once a deposit has been received. Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges and affect lead times.
3. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bespoke orders. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or installation. Materials will not be ordered, and work will not commence until the deposit is received.
4. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Items
As all bespoke items are made to order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all measurements and specifications provided are accurate unless a measuring service has been carried out by Amelia Clow Interiors.
5. Online Shop – Cushions and Other Items Sold
Items sold via the Amelia Clow Interiors online shop, including cushions and other home accessories, are either made to order or produced in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of these items, slight variations in size, pattern placement, and finish may occur and are considered part of their unique character.
Returns are accepted on standard (non-bespoke) items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense. Bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and fabric dye batches. Amelia Clow Interiors is not responsible for these minor differences.
6. Lead Times
Lead times will be provided at the time of order and are estimates only. While every effort is made to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to supplier availability or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Fabric & Materials
Clients may supply their own fabric; however, Amelia Clow Interiors cannot be held responsible for faults, flaws, or suitability of customer-supplied materials. Additional fabric may be required to allow for pattern matching and wastage.
8. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation charges will be outlined in your quotation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the property is available at the agreed time. Amelia Clow Interiors is not liable for delays caused by restricted access.
10. Returns & Faults
In the unlikely event of a fault, you must notify Amelia Clow Interiors within 7 days of receipt. We will assess and, where appropriate, repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.
11. Care & Maintenance
Care instructions will be provided where applicable. Amelia Clow Interiors is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or environmental factors such as sunlight exposure.
12. Liability
Amelia Clow Interiors’ liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
13. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials created by Amelia Clow Interiors remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced without permission.
14. Privacy
Client information will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
