You have 14 days from receiving your goods to request a full refund for undamaged items.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Once the item has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as all goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by The Typecast Gallery.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage. Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.Thank you
