Parcels are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail and a tracking number will be sent to you.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14days. Notification of the intention to return the product must be sent
prior
to returning the item with the reason for the return and requesting a returns number. This will be emailed back to you. Returns must be sent by tracked carrier.
All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, and be in re-saleable condition.
A refund will be issued within 14days of receipt.
