How many rolls will I need to order?
If you need some help working out how many rolls of wallpaper, please send us a message via our CL shop with the width and height of each wall. We aim to respond within 24 hrs.
Can I use this wallpaper in a bathroom?
Yes, however, If you are planning to paper in an area that in a high slash zone then we highly recommend applying a matt decorators varnish for extra water-resistance. Use a matt decorators varnish suitable for applying on wallpapers. We have tried and tested Polyvine in a dead flat finish, if you decide to use a different brand make sure you test a sample first.
Preparation before papering:
Please clean and fill in any holes and sand the wall before applying our wallpapers. As our designs are lighter in colour and contain no plastic backing, please making sure there are no obvious dark marks on your wall before papering. Measure the height of the wall and the use a light pencil to note these on the back of the paper. When cutting your first panel add on 100 mm vertical excess to allow for variation in the height of the wall. Before cutting the panels refer to the repeat pattern measurement to help match the design.
Samples:
We offer A4 wallpaper samples of all our wallpapers and recommend that you order a sample first to help with your decision making.
Wallpaper application:
We recommend pasting the wall first, being careful not to get this on the print side, if you do, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using a damp or wet cloth so that there is no risk of rubbing away the inks. When applying the paper, you may want to measure and mark a light pencil line as a guide. One at a time hang the paper panels top down, do not overlap the papers, carefully match the pattern design and paste the wall edge to edge, firmly press the edges together so there is an invisible join and smooth over with a clean, dry, soft cloth or smoothing tool to remove away any bubbles or ripples.
Sustainability:
All of our wallpaper designs are plastic free unlike many wallpapers that you find in stores today. Ours papers are locally printed using non-toxic, eco-friendly inks onto paper sourced from sustainable forests. Our print mill runs from 100% renewable energy.
