Orders will be despatched within 1 - 3 working days and will arrive via Royal Mail, 1st Class Post. A Proof of Delivery will be obtained and please allow 3 - 5 working/business days for delivery.
We hope that you receive your order in perfect condition and that you enjoy our products. However, if items are damaged in transit and you are not entirely happy, please contact the Marketplace Messaging Service to resolve any concerns.
Please include your name, order number, concern and if possible photo's of the damaged product/s, and whether you would like a refund or replacement. You may be asked to return the item (in original packaging if possible).
We will refund or exchange your order within 7 days of receiving the item using the original payment method. Postage will only be refunded if there is an issue with the Hand or Body Scrub or Hand Oil.
If the Hand or Body Scrub, or Hand Oil has been opened and/or used it will be non-refundable and non-returnable.
