Should you need to return an item, there is a pre-paid postage label and returns form included in all orders. Items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging.
Please note the following: Leather is a natural material and slight differences in shade/colour from the traditional tanning processes sometimes occur from batch to batch. Small scars and growth marks from the life of the animal do occur and are considered normal and implicit in the item description. As all Berber Leather bags are made with full-grain leather we consider these marks what makes each bag a unique product and not a design flaw. All our products, being handmade by real people, will be slightly different. While every effort is made to match product pictures precisely, small differences will occur.
