Blossom & Buds is a small-batch, family-safe haircare brand, crafted in England and sold by La Petite Wardrobe. All products are SLS-free, vegan, and cruelty-free, formulated to be gentle enough for newborns from 3kg and effective for the whole family.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control (courier delays, customs processing for international orders, etc.).
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Blossom & Buds products. If you're not satisfied:
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- For hygiene reasons, opened haircare products (shampoo, conditioner) can only be returned if faulty or damaged on arrival.
- Brushes and hair accessories may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us at the email below with your order number.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they've been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard returns policy applies.
