Shipping
Shipping is worked out at the point of checkout and will be tailored to your location. We aim to ship all products within 1-2 business days and offer both standard and rushed shipping.
Our products are sent wrapped carefully in recycled tissue paper. We send our products in secure, hard-backed envelopes and boxes.
Prints are typically sent rolled to offer the best protection. We advise that prints are laid under books for a few days on arrival to ensure that the print is then ready for framing.
Please note that all products are sent unframed and unmounted. All products displayed within Floradore's photography are purely for the purposes of illustrating a suggested use.
Returns
Floradore is able to accept returns, providing that the product can be returned in a re-sellable condition and in its original packaging. We can accept returns requests within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Some cards had no writing on back so looked very amateurish - not a good buy overall.
