Winter’s Night is a soft, fresh seasonal blend designed to capture the stillness of a crisp night sky and the magic of winter evenings.
Hand-poured with a sustainable coconut & rapeseed wax blend and scented only with pure essential oils of spruce, peppermint, cedarwood and orange, this candle feels both calming and refreshing. Spruce and cedarwood bring gentle woodland depth, peppermint adds a cool frosted note, and orange lifts the blend with a subtle warmth.

Order Processing
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- During busy periods (Christmas, special promotions, markets), dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always work hard to send your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class as standard.
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on Royal Mail’s service levels.
- Upgrades to faster delivery may be available upon request before checkout.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
- We happily accept returns on unopened, unused and undamaged products.
- You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must then be returned within 7 days in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or used.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Custom Orders
- Some products may be personalised or made-to-order; these items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Production times will be clearly communicated before purchase.
