This hot chocolate is made with beans from the Reganog Bundibugyo of Uganda, from organic traded farms. It has a warm round powerful chocolate body with slight mellow fruit notes followed by biscuit hazelnuts, and ending with clean woody notes
Serving instructions:
1. Add 25g of chocolate nuggets to 200ml of milk, put on a medium heat and bring to the boil while whisking.
2. If you like a lighter hot chocolate use 250ml milk.
3. If you like a thick Italian-style hot chocolate use 150ml milk.
4. Make it vegan use your favourite dairy-free milk it will be just as good
