Shipping Costs - Shipping is free to any UK address.Delivery Cards and samples are despatched by Royal Mail and should arrive within 2-3 working days. Bed linen is despatched by Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 working days. Fabrics, prints, wallpapers and paintings are printed/made to order. Fabrics should arrive within 7-10 working days. Wallpapers should arrive within 2-3 weeks.I will endeavour to turn around original bespoke paintings as quickly as possible and with 3 weeks of the order date. Samples
Please note that samples are intended as a representation of the colour and texture of a fabric or wallpaper and may not show the full design.
We aim to display the colours accurately, although we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display shows the true colours of our products. The samples sent to you may, therefore, vary slightly from the images on the website. All images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
Every effort is made to ensure that the fabrics and wallpapers we supply correspond as closely as possible to our samples. However variations in colour between batches may occur from time to time during normal manufacturing processes as may slight variations in the weave and texture of the natural cloths that we use to produce our fabrics. We cannot guarantee that any fabrics or wallpapers that we subsequently supply will exactly match the samples.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds We regret that as all products are created to order we are unable to accept returns, unless the product is faulty. These provisions do not affect Your statutory rights.
In the event of a fault please notify us. Based on the individual circumstances we will then decide whether You need to return the goods or whether We only need to see a sample or photograph along with the product label. Please note that you should check all products for faults before and during installation/use. If the product is defective in any way, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any orders prior to delivery. We will refund (or credit) the payment You have made.
