Made from sumptuous velvet featuring one of William Morris's most celebrated textile designs, this luxurious stocking combines classic British craftsmanship with practical festive charm. The rich forest green colour palette evokes the beauty of traditional Christmas foliage and complements both classic and contemporary festive décor.
Each stocking is individually handmade in my UK studio in small batches, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, every stocking is carefully crafted to become a cherished heirloom that can be enjoyed year after year. The main body showcases the iconic Strawberry Thief design, while the upper section is crafted from a plain velvet.
Rather than featuring a traditional fold-over cuff, the plain velvet panel is permanently stitched to the stocking to create the appearance of a classic cuff, giving it a beautifully tailored, structured finish that will look stunning on your mantelpiece year after year.
Fully lined with natural linen for a beautiful heritage finish and lasting quality, this heirloom-style stocking combines heritage-inspired design with exceptional craftsmanship and is designed to become part of your family's Christmas traditions.
Measuring approximately 20 × 43 cm, it provides plenty of room for festive treats, stocking fillers and small gifts.
Whether displayed on a fireplace mantel, staircase or bedpost, this luxurious stocking brings the enduring beauty of the Arts and Crafts movement into your home, creating Christmas memories that last for generations.
It also makes a thoughtful Christmas gift for admirers of William Morris, heritage interiors and beautifully handcrafted British homeware.
