At Clachaig Candles, every candle is lovingly hand-poured in small batches from our studio, inspired by the beauty, tranquillity and natural landscapes of Scotland. We create artisan candles using carefully selected fragrances, sustainable ingredients and thoughtful designs to bring warmth, calm and a little everyday luxury into your home.
As each candle is handmade, small variations in colour, finish, texture and appearance may occur — making every piece beautifully unique.
Making Your Order
All candles are made with care and attention to detail. We aim to dispatch ready-to-ship items promptly, while made-to-order pieces may require additional time during busy seasonal periods.

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, although handmade production times and courier delays may occasionally affect delivery dates. We will always keep customers informed if any unexpected delays occur.

Candle Care & Safety
For the best experience and safest burn:
Always trim the wick before lighting
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn
Stop burning when approximately 10mm of wax remains
Please always follow the safety instructions included with your candle.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Clachaig Candle. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs so we can help resolve it.
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or used unless there is a fault.
For unused items, please contact us within the applicable timeframe and we will be happy to discuss the best solution.
