This dress comes in sizes 8 UK–20 UK. We recommend ordering true to size. If you are between sizes, order the larger size. Model is 5’7 and usually wears a size UK 8.

Shipping & Delivery
All shipping is free to UK based addresses. All orders are sent via DHL tracked. Please note we require a signature on delivery. International shipping is sent tracked and signed for via Royal Mail and is added at checkout.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 28 days to return any item in order for us to offer you a refund or exchange. Please return to: 84 High Street, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 1NE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In order for us to complete your return & refund, please include your name and order number. This can be handwritten etc. if you have lost your original paperwork or don't have access to a printer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, if terms of return are met, your refund will be processed.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If we have the available stock for what you require, we are able to offer you an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item (this must be done within the usual returns period) you can fill this out on your paperwork.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
