Handmade in the Scottish Highlands, this cute budgie knit kit comes in a stylish gift box. Inside is everything you need to knit a blue budgie, including yarn, stuffing, instructions, beads, wire and a badge.
Budgie Knitting Kit contains:
A full colour printed knitted pattern
5 different colours of soft DK acrylic and wool yarn
Polyester toy stuffing
A Pretty Boy budgie badge
You’ll need a pair of 4mm knitting needles, and a yarn darning needle to finish Sparky. If you don’t already own these, you can add a good quality pair of Pony knitting needles and a pack of two Pony darning needles to the kit as extras.
Sparky the Budgie is suitable for beginners with a little knowledge of the basics of knitting. There’s no need to knit in the round. He’s a great gift for a knitter who loves birds. He's a little more complicated to make up than some of the other kits, as he has wire legs, but full instructions are given in your kit.
All packaging is recyclable, and plastic-free.
The knit kit gift box measures 28cm x 19cm x 8cm.
Sparky the Budgie is 23cm tall.
