Shipping (UK Only) All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services with a flat delivery charge of £3.95. Your jewellery will be securely packaged and dispatched within 3–7 working days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Refunds & Returns Returns are accepted on non-earring, non-custom items. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed once the item has been safely returned.

- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised jewellery
- Made-to-order items that have been personalised or altered

- Custom designs require approval before work begins.
- Production times vary depending on complexity.
- As each piece is handmade, small variations are part of its unique character and not considered faults.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours, including clear photographs of the issue.
- I will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Care Instructions
- Sterling silver may naturally tarnish; polish gently with a silver cloth.
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
- Store jewellery in a dry, airtight pouch or box when not being worn.
Sustainability
- I use recycled silver wherever possible and package all orders using recyclable or reusable materials.
- Each piece is handmade with care in my Dorset studio.
