Shipping Policy

UK Orders

All jewellery is carefully handmade to order and will be crafted and dispatched within 2–5working days.

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery for UK orders, which typically takes 2–3 working days to arrive once shipped. Please note that during busy periods, public holidays, or adverse weather, delivery times may take slightly longer.

If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact us before placing your order — we may be able to arrange an express delivery option.

UK Shipping Prices

Orders under £60 – Free

Orders £60–£120 – £5.00

Orders £120–£500 (Special Delivery, insured & tracked) – £8.50

Europe (Non-EU Countries)

Orders being shipped to non-EU European countries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but are usually between 3–10 working days. If you would like a more specific estimate for your country, please get in touch before placing your order.

EU & Rest of the World (ROW)

At the moment, we are unfortunately unable to ship to the EU or worldwide destinations outside of Europe. This decision has been made due to:

Recent changes to tariffs and tax regulations

The introduction of additional customs and import charges for customers

Significant increases in international shipping costs

We want to ensure that our customers receive jewellery without hidden fees, delays, or unexpected costs at customs. Until we can find a reliable, cost-effective, and customer-friendly solution, shipping to these regions will remain temporarily suspended.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel completely happy with your jewellery. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us.

Can I return an order?

Yes — if you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. You then have up to 28 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund.

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and returned in a resalable condition.

Exchanges will be processed once the original piece has been returned, with no extra postage charges.

Please note:

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Personalised or bespoke jewellery is non-returnable unless it arrives faulty.

Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Rings are handmade to order, so refunds are not available. However, we do offer resizing in our studio for a small adjustment fee. Please contact us for details.

How do I return my order?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Please ensure the jewellery is returned in its original packaging.

How will my refund be issued?

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your jewellery, we’ll notify you. Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 working days from that date.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on all pieces. This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (such as silver tarnishing or leather ageing)Damage caused by misuse or improper care

Jewellery that has been repaired or altered by someone other than our studio
