Sending your order as a gift.

Please leave a note at the checkout if you would like a gift message. You can add an “open date” to the parcel if it’s for a special occasion. Receipts are always sent to the customer by email.

Postal Packaging.

Your items will be wrapped in natural tissue paper and carefully packaged inside a cardboard box with paper tape. Please bear this in mind when opting for delivery to a safe place in case of rain.

Shipping is always free within the UK.

Please note: If 'leave in a safe place or with a neighbour' is selected for delivery we can not accept any responsibility for items missing, lost or damaged.

Delivery Times.

All orders are typically despatched within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) but please allow up to 7 days before contacting Essence + Alchemy, especially during the holiday seasons when the store is busy. Orders placed after 5pm won’t be processed until the following working day. Once shipped, UK orders are generally delivered in 1-3 days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for dispatch with tracking information. Please note that items will not be despatched over the weekend or on UK bank holidays. If you need a product for a required date please get in touch.

Exchange / Return Policy.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Essence + Alchemy, each product is handmade with great care taken in formulating, blending, pouring, labelling and shipping your order. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us.

Unused and unopened products still in the original packaging can be returned within 28 days of delivery, please contact us for further details on how to return your product. Returns must include the order number found on the original sales invoice, this will have been emailed to you at the time of purchase.

Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to a review of the returned product.
