Returns
We hope you will be totally satisfied with your ELYTRUM purchase. If, for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase, you do have the Statutory Right to cancel your order. If the products have already been shipped and you wish to return them and receive a refund of your payment, please send the products back to us. All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery or collection.
Products must be returned to us within 14 days of the request. To be eligible for a return, you must return products to us unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition to avoid damage in transit back to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are returned in perfect condition. Orders must be returned to us at your own cost, unless the item is faulty, or the wrong item has been delivered.
We recommend that returns are sent by ‘registered delivery'.
