Salcombe Dairy, founded in 1979, began making Devonshire ice cream. The ice cream recipes we created - using fresh milk from the local farm and the very best ingredients - are still as popular today as they were over forty three years ago. Time and trends have raced on, and the dairy is now renowned for making utterly scrumptious non-dairy ice creams, sorbets and bean to bar chocolate too.
