SHIPPING Our items are currently only available in the United Kingdom. Items are sent by a tracked courier service. DELIVERY We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. We charge a flat fee of £5 for tracked postage, and FREE SHIPPING on orders over £45. RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND We are happy to accept items that are in their original packaging, in a saleable condition. Please notify us within 14 days that you wish to return. Returns postage must be covered by the customer unless the item is deemed faulty. Refunds to your account will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item/s, subject to the items being in a saleable condition. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS Please notify us as soon as you realise the item is faulty or damaged so that a replacement or refund can be arranged. We will offer a full refund for the faulty item up to 30 days, after which we will offer a replacement only. The faulty item will need to be returned before a refund is processed.
