1. Product Descriptions & Craftsmanship
Our bird tables are individually handcrafted from natural oak. Due to the nature of wood as a material and the hand-joinery techniques we use:
- Grain patterns, knots, and color variations are natural characteristics of oak and are not considered defects.
- Dimensions may vary slightly (up to 5-10mm) from those stated due to the hand-finishing process.
- Over time, oak will naturally weather to a silvery-gray color if left untreated. This is a natural process and does not affect the structural integrity of the product.
- Splits or "checks" may appear in the timber as it adjusts to humidity changes; this is normal for oak and adds to its rustic character.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Orders are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We take great care in packaging our bird tables to ensure they arrive safely.
- Delivery Times: As items are often made to order, please allow 5-10 working days for dispatch unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.
- Access: Please ensure your delivery address is accessible. Our larger bird tables are delivered fully assembled on pallets or in large boxes.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control (force majeure).
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not:
- Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Bespoke Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
5. Warranty & Liability
We guarantee our craftsmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers structural failure due to manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover natural weathering, misuse, storm damage, or damage caused by improper installation.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
