The artwork is hand-painted using acrylic paint and finished with an environmentally friendly water-based varnish that protects the artwork from water, UV rays and extreme weather. Artwork can be hung outside to enhance an area of the garden, or indoors, perfect for garden rooms and conservatories.
Artwork is supplied with hooks for hanging and boxed ready for gifting.
The size is approximate as all the wood is reclaimed. We celebrate the knots and holes, scuffs and marks that tell the story of the wood.
(Please note: wood is a natural product and will naturally age and discolour over time as it settles into its environment).
Shipping + Delivery
United Kingdom - Items are usually shipped within 2-3 working days. We are a small independent business that makes every item by hand.
Please note that hand painted wood products may take up to 5 working days before being shipped.
Shipping Costs
Standard UK Delivery £3.50 - please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. All deliveries are 2nd class and delivered by Royal Mail
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important. If you have any questions or spot an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to use the ‘Ask a Question’ button and I will do my best to help. I will always aim to respond promptly.
Please note that we are a small independent business that makes everything in small print runs and by hand, therefore your wood products will each be slightly unique as each piece is individually painted by hand.
Our returns policy covers 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligible returns must be unused, in the original packaging, and sent back within 14 days of our confirmation for refund or exchange. You cover return costs, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items not in resalable condition. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your card or original payment method within 14 days.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds unfortunately.
Faulty or damaged items If an item should happen to arrive in a damaged condition or faulty, please let me know as soon as possible, and if applicable take photos of any damaged packaging. I will be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
