A soothing Nighttime Ritual Magnesium Cream enriched with organic Cocoa and Mango butters.

Transdermal" simply means "across the skin." When you apply a magnesium cream, it bypasses the entire digestive system, which is a key advantage.

Bypassing the Gut: When you take magnesium orally (as a supplement), it has to survive stomach acid and compete with other nutrients for absorption in the intestines. This process is slow, often inefficient, and can sometimes cause digestive upset (like diarrhoea) if too much is taken.
Direct Route to Cells: Transdermal application allows the magnesium ions to absorb directly through the epidermis (the top layer of skin) and into the underlying tissues, including the bloodstream and muscle cells. This localised delivery system means the mineral can get to work faster, which is why it's so popular for those suffering with muscle cramps and restless legs.

Muscle Soothing: Magnesium is known to help relax tense and aching muscles, making it great for post-workout recovery or daily tension relief.
Deep Relaxation: When applied to the skin, magnesium can promote a sense of calm and well-being, helping to prepare your body for rest.
Skin Hydration: Your cream's nourishing formula works to deeply hydrate the skin, leaving it soft, smooth, and moisturised. A rich velvety texture ensures the cream glides on to skin and sinks into skin beautifully.
For best results massage a grape sized amount into the soles of each foot 30 mins before bedtime and use as your Nighttime Ritual. For aches and pains rub into affected areas as and when needed. Use consistently every night for best results.
