FREE UK Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery time for UK orders is 2–5 business days. We use APC Overnight, Fedex, Evri, Royal Mail and other trusted couriers for our UK parcels, and every parcel is fully trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, we will update it with a tracking number and you will receive an email notification. If you add your mobile number at checkout, our courier will also send you a text message with an estimated delivery time. Ironmongery, Lighting & Vintage Items These items are ready to post and are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Painted Furniture, Signs & Airer Laths These pieces are painted to order. Please allow a short time for paint to dry. Painted items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Natural pine and unpainted items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Our Returns Policy We hope you’re absolutely delighted with your order. But if something isn’t quite right, we understand—and we want to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. That’s why we offer a no-quibble 30-day return policy. 💭 Changed Your Mind or Not Quite What You Expected? Small Items You’re welcome to return small items for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in a saleable condition and packed securely. Large Items We can arrange collection for larger pieces with 24 hours’ notice. If you’d like an exchange (e.g. a different size or colour), we’ll ask our couriers to collect the original item when delivering the replacement. Please note: if the return is not due to a fault, a collection fee of £8.99 applies. 🚚 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items? Please contact us before returning anything—we’ll guide you through the next steps. Small Items We’ll send you a prepaid label for return. Let us know if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement. We’ll process your request as soon as the item arrives back with us. Large Items We’ll arrange a collection at a time that suits you.
