Helen says:- My daughter is a keen baker and together we have designed this bread bag which is both beautiful and practical, featuring the lovely new Honey Bee design, inspired by my father, Roger, who is a very keen bee keeper. With over 20 hives he is passionate about helping to protect and increase honeybee colonies, encouraging others to take up bee keeping as a hobby and giving support and advice to new apiarists. Through his knowledge and expertise, I have learnt so much about these amazing busy creatures and their magical healing honey making skills. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However on the rare occasion that you are not, then returns must be made within 30 days of the order date and advised within 3 working days of receipt.
The cost of products will be fully refunded but return costs (e.g. Postage and Packing) will be the responsibility of the customer. If goods are found to be faulty or damaged prior to transit Helen Round will be responsible for the return postage costs. Please note products that have been soiled through use or wear are not accepted for return.
If your order arrives and has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately by phone or email. We ask that you take detailed photographs of any damage to assist in the returns process.
When returning products, please for your own protection, obtain a proof of postage as returned goods that are lost in shipping remain the customer’s responsibility.
In accordance with Royal Mail terms, deliveries are not considered to be lost or missing until 15 working days after the sending date which is when we are able to investigate further. We will do all we can to help ensure a resolution is met.
