Enjoy up to 4 months of continuous, hassle-free fragrance. Each diffuser includes naturally-harvested rattan reeds that absorb and slowly release fragrance throughout your space.
All of our diffusers use a Vegan Friendly , no animal products or animal testing have been used at any stage during its manufacture. The oils are predominantly rapeseed and sunflower oils.
None of the processing aids used in the production of our Diffuser Base contain or consist of GMOs and are not produced from GMOs. No antioxidants, preservatives, nanomaterials or glycol ethers are used at any stage of its manufacture.
Please don’t let your diffuser oil to come into contact with any polished, painted or synthetic surfaces or fabrics when turning the reeds.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Orders are shipped within the UK only using Royal Mail or Evri. Where available, customers will receive tracking information so they can follow their delivery.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and seasonal demand. Vivian May Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but every effort is made to ensure orders are dispatched promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Vivian May Naturals offers a 14-day return policy from the date your order is received.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Customers must contact the seller within 14 days of delivery
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued where appropriate.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact the seller as soon as possible via the “Ask a Question” button on the marketplace.
Customers may be asked to provide photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly. Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered.
