Cushion Pad Filling: 100% Duck Feather. This is a natural product, so may initially have a slight odour, in which case we recommend that the product is aired for 48 hours.
Care: Cushion Pad: Wash at 40 degrees
Care: Cushion Cover: Turn cushion cover inside out and zip up before hand or machine washing at max. 30 degrees C. Do not tumble dry. Iron on reverse on a cool setting.

Shipping ranges between £2.90 - £5.50 and will be calculated at checkout.
Products are couriered via the ‘Royal Mail Tracked 48’ service. Milly and Monty do not ship outside of the UK. Products listed are handmade to order and will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise advised.

Milly and Monty hand-make all lampshades and cushions to order. No products are held on stock. Bespoke, handmade products therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us beforehand. In the unlikely event of a quality issue, please contact us via the ‘Ask a Question’ button on the website, within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Items being returned must be in their original state with all labelling intact, carefully packaged in the original packaging. Product must only be returned using a tracked and insured delivery service. Returned orders are at your own cost and must arrive in perfect order. If your order has arrived damaged due to its transit, please contact us immediately - we only have 7 days to make a claim with the courier company. Please keep all packaging and take images of the packaging and the product as proof. We will reimburse you as soon as the issue has been resolved.
