If your item has been damaged during delivery and does not reach you in perfect condition, it will be replaced free of charge with all costs covered.
If you decide the item is not for you, Jackie would be happy to offer an exchange or a refund as long as the item is returned in the same condition as received and within 7 working days of purchase.
