The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jessica Anderton Designs Limited (trading as Jessica Anderton Designs). We operate this website and online store (the “Services”). 4. ShippingDelivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Risk passes to you once goods are transferred to the carrier.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

6. Third-Party Services and LinksWe may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their content or performance. Use them at your own risk.

7. FeedbackIf you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and adapt it. We are not obliged to respond or provide compensation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
