We aim to dispatch all products within 1-4 working days using a tracked courier service, typically Royal Mail or DPD. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original packaging. To start a return please contact us at contact@litbydrew.co.uk. Please include your full name and order number when reaching out. If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are unable to cover postage costs/expenses for returned items.
