Order Processing and Shipping:
In-stock items will be dispatched by the next working day. Postage is £3.00 for Royal Mail 24hr Tracked in the UK. Postage is £9.50 for Special Delivery. Purchases after 2pm will arrive in 2-3 working days. Postage is FREE for orders over £70 within the UK.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email letting you know that the order has been sent.
Please note that next day delivery packages must be signed for; we do not send to P.O. boxes.
We pride ourselves on our quick and accurate delivery service. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Additional charges will be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will contact you straight away via email.
Return Policy:
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Sales from the shop do not have refunds, only exchanges. Online sales, excluding earrings, can be refunded within 14 days.
However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return, and the difference will need to be paid for by credit card before the item will be dispatched.
Jewellery is only accepted for returns if it is unworn and in original new condition as sold.
