Processing times
- Physical orders: Usually processed within 2–5 business days.
- Digital downloads (if applicable): Available immediately, unless the item is personalised/custom.
- Custom commissions: Typically take around 1 week, depending on the size and complexity. I’ll confirm an estimated timeline with you before I begin.
Shipping
- I can ship within the UK and internationally (where available through the marketplace).
- Delivery times vary by location and postal service. If you need something by a specific date, please message me before ordering and I’ll do my best to advise.
Packaging
- Prints are packaged carefully to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- If your order is a gift, you can message me and I’ll let you know what options are available (depending on marketplace settings).
Returns and exchanges
- If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll help put it right.
- Custom/personalised items can’t usually be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- For non-custom items, returns may be accepted in line with Country Living Marketplace’s returns process (where applicable). If you’re unsure, message me and I’ll guide you.
Damaged items
- If your item arrives damaged, please message me within 48 hours of delivery with: A photo of the damageA photo of the packaging

Cancellations
- If you need to cancel, please message me as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet, I’ll do my best to help.
