Large Letter items cost £3.95 and Small Parcels cost £5.95
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item, for orders that are faulty or have missing parts, we will offer to replace or refund to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. If the return is due to a change of heart, we ask the customer to return the order to us in its original condition and packaging, at their cost. Once we have received the order and checked it, we will issue a refund, minus the original costs of P&P.
