All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail services and are generally dispatched Monday to Friday except on public holidays. Your orders are important to me and I aim to dispatch within 1 or 2 days of receiving cleared payment and full and complete delivery information. All orders are packed with love and care and should arrive in prefect condition, if you are unhappy with your order however, please notify me within 3 working days of receiving your order so I can help to resolve any issues. Generally as consumables, all orders are considered firm sale unless the goods are deemed faulty again, please notify me as soon as possible so I can resolve any issues that may arise or arrange a return if required. Delivery -

I aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days of an order being received and paid in full. During busy periods (Christmas or over bank holidays) this may be slightly longer but I'd always get in contact to let you know of any delay in dispatching an order. RM Tracking numbers can be provided on request. If you require your order to be sent 'Signed For' please make your request quoting your order reference number and a short message via the 'Ask a Question' button.

Returns -

Personal care items such as soaps and cosmetics are not generally eligible for return unless deemed faulty. All Items however can be returned if unopened and unused and in a resalable condition. I personally check every product prior to dispatch and handle all orders myself so would hope every order arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please get in touch within 14 days via the 'Ask a Question' button, so I can resolve any problems there may be.
