This bird sculpture depicts a charming male chaffinch, with his warm peach belly and face. His intricate feather patterns are made from hand printed papers.
Entirely handmade, so each made-to-order bird will differ slightly in posture, feather pattern and colour.

Approximately 8 cm tall and 13 cm from beak to tail.
Made from 300gsm recycled paper, which has been mono printed and painted by hand. Bird feet are made from steel wire.
Varnished with a satin lacquer, which provides UV protection and makes the sculpture very easy to care for; all they need is a tickle with a feather duster every now and then.

This sculpture is made-to-order, so there will be some variation in posture, colours and patterns compared to the photographs.
These bird sculptures are stronger than they look, and can take pressure of over 4kg.
