I aim to post out all orders via Royal Mail within 3 working days of accepting your order, if I can, I post the same or the next working day.
Returns:I hope you are pleased with your order, however, if you would like to return an item please let me know within 7 days of receipt. The cost of the return postage is at the customer’s expense; the item should be in the original packaging and sent via a tracked service as I am unable to accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in the post.
The item will only be refunded if it is received unused and in a sellable condition, so please ensure it is packaged carefully. Please contact me via ‘Ask a Question’ for any queries.
