Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During especially busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

• If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, we will dispatch ready-to-ship items first, with customised products following once complete.

You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been sent.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Under UK Consumer Law, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unused
• In their original packaging with labels intact
• In a resellable condition

Returns must be sent back at the customer’s own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days, including the original delivery charge (excluding any express upgrade).

Please note: Personalised or made-to-measure items, hygiene-sealed products that have been opened, and items returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for return unless faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with photographs and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
