We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate and send back a return. We cannot process returns after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the goods have been worn or hanging labels removed or damaged we will not accept the return.

We do not offer returns on final sale items

Damage and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be delighted with your purchase for your furry friend so please do let us know ASAP. You have thirty days to do this, items returned after this time claiming damage will not be processed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Or any item that shows that it has been worn/ where the hanging label has been removed.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the item although we are happy to resend a return out to you if agreed in advance. We do request that you measure your dog for the avoidance of doubt.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@pawwraps.co.uk.
