The Old Ginger Experience

This cocktail has a best-before range of approximately nine months. Shelf life may vary, so please check the packaging for the exact date and storage instructions.
You must be 18 or over to purchase this product. We operate a Challenge 25 policy upon delivery.
Returns and refunds We accept returns of unopened, sealed products in their original condition. Buyers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Buyers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain the buyer’s responsibility until received by us. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for opened products, products with broken seals, or bespoke, personalised or custom-labelled orders.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us with your order details and photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, our standard returns procedure applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
